This Privacy Policy explains what personal information FlyHomeMN Tech LLC ("we," "us") collects through this website and our apps and services, including Keep Logging (the "Services"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• On this website: only what you send through the contact form (your name, email address and message), which we keep so we can answer you. The site has no accounts, analytics or advertising. Our web servers keep standard logs (IP address, browser type, page requested and time) for security and troubleshooting.
• Account information in our apps: name, email address and password (stored only in hashed form).
• Content you provide: the data you enter or upload into a Service.
• Payment information: handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage and device data in our apps: log data such as IP address, browser or device type, pages visited and timestamps.
• Communications: messages you send us for support.

2. How we use it

We use information to provide and maintain the Services, process payments, provide support, secure the Services and prevent abuse, improve features, and send service notices. We do not send marketing email without your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

3. How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Services, such as Cloudflare (network and security), Stripe (payments) and our email provider; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and in connection with a merger or sale of the business, with notice to you.

4. Cookies and third-party content

This website sets one essential cookie, a security token that protects the contact form from forged submissions. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers, which receive your IP address. Our apps use essential cookies only, for login and session security. You can control cookies in your browser settings, though app features that need a login will not work without them.

5. Retention

We keep your information while your account is active and for up to 60 days after it closes, unless we must keep it longer for legal, tax or security reasons. Backups are removed on their normal cycle.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, such as encrypted connections and access controls. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

7. Your choices and rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your information through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or federal law, and we will honor requests as the law requires.

8. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will post the new version with its date. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in the Service.
